Cancellation

• You could cancel the order within 48 hours after placing it, pls email [email protected] if you change your mind

Returns

• All items come with a 6-month warranty. During this period, if any quality problems with the products, a refund or resending will be arranged. 
• Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
  All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three business days from receipt of the order.
• Requests for returns due to other reasons must be approved by us within seven business days from receipt of the order.
• You are requested to provide us with the Authorization number of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
• Merchandise must be in 'good as new' condition, you could open them but please be careful not to damage or mark the products.
• No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you could request damages from the shipping company.
• Buyers shall be responsible for shipping costs for the return if no quality problem.

Yes! We're offering international shipping. The shipping fee to USA is $10, $15 to the UK, Canada and Australia. For the other countries, $18 will be charged as shipping cost.

Shipping time: 2-3 business days to process plus 7-12 business days on shipping.

• Correct address and contact info are required. If any typo/mistake on addresses caused by buyer, Petietec will help to update and contact the courier but will not be responsible for the corresponding cost occurred.
• PO box address is not accepted considering package safety.
